North Carolina Mutual Life Insurance Company has been placed under an order of liquidation with a finding of insolvency effective as of October 31, 2022. The state life and health insurance guaranty associations will provide coverage for all policyholders residing in the United States, subject to the statutory limitations in their enabling acts.
